About the Opportunity

AllState Sprinkler is currently seeking an Operations Support Administrator that is well organized, goal oriented and has excellent communication skills.

Job Duties

  • Call our large customer data base to schedule appointments
  • Obtain information from customers for necessary inspections
  • Data entry of customer information
  • Develop daily routes by geographic area that meet revenue expectations
  • Answer customer calls to schedule inspections, repairs, and emergency services
  • Contact customers to thoroughly explain the repair quote and why it is needed to bring their fire systems into code compliance and ultimately get the customers written approval to complete the repair.
  • Ensure that all contact with customers regarding non-compliances are accurately documented within a specified time so that the company is protected from liability exposure related to the deficiency and are aware of the life safety risk.
  • Enter contracts for new customers using Salesforce and ServiceTrade programs
  • Assist accounts receivable division as needed
  • Assist sales division as needed
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and possess an honest, genuine drive

Compensation

  • Pay is hourly and is negotiable dependent on candidate experience
