About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Senior Enterprise Architects work directly with customers, owning end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations. On a daily basis, you will design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at the largest scale. You will have ample opportunity to bring field learnings back to shape Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology.

You will be on the forefront of connecting Agentforce to the critical core systems - ERP, PLM, CRM - that power the world's most complex supply chains.

Core Responsibilities
Senior Enterprise Architects operate like hands-on AI startup CTOs: working in small, focused teams to own delivery of high-stakes integration projects. A day's work may include architecting API-led connectivity strategies, designing agentic data pipelines, and sitting across from a customer's executive team to set their AI integration roadmap - but the most impact comes from shipping real solutions into the heart of a customer's enterprise.

Do you aspire to be an enterprise AI leader or integration entrepreneur? We believe this is the best place - with the best colleagues - to build that future.

What We Value

  • Engineering mindset focused on delivering production integration solutions with Agentforce and enterprise core systems

  • Solving real supply chain and manufacturing problems, not theoretical architectures

  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives

  • Comfort working in dynamic customer environments with evolving requirements and direct iteration with users

What We Require

  • Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM) and a strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape

  • Strong foundation in integration architecture principles - API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security

  • Strong engineering background. Preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar) and a passion for working close to the code

  • Ability and interest in traveling domestically, as needed for client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-8 years in Enterprise architecture or solution engineering, with 2+ years dedicated to enterprise architecture in a customer-facing role

  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings

  • Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts
