Responsibilities

Guide clients through enterprise-level adoption strategies, de-escalate high-impact concerns, and proactively identify expansion opportunities that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Own executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders, delivering data-driven insights on portfolio performance, product adoption, ROI realization, and long-term growth strategy.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients, forecasting retention and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth within assigned portfolio, supporting renewals, cross-sell initiatives, and product adoption at scale.
  • Serve as the senior cross-functional leader for assigned accounts, aligning Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams to deliver complex client initiatives successfully.
  • Oversee internal execution accountability, ensuring action items from executive engagements are prioritized appropriately and delivered with urgency.
  • Manage high-risk escalations and retention threats, applying sound judgment and executive presence to protect revenue and client trust.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Account Managers, elevating account planning standards and client engagement best practices.
  • Identify systemic improvement opportunities across client processes, adoption strategies, and internal workflows to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation to ensure leadership visibility into portfolio health, pipeline, and risk indicators.

Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related enterprise client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value enterprise portfolios with measurable impact on retention, revenue growth, and account expansion.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships (VP, SVP, C-suite) and lead strategic business discussions.
  • Experience owning or materially influencing upsell, cross-sell, renewal strategy, and year-over-year revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting retention risk and growth opportunities.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to de-escalate high-risk situations and manage complex client environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product, Support, and Implementation teams.
  • Ability to analyze account performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
