Purpose of Position

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, maintain, and support Salesforce and Conga Configuration Elements such as Flows, Composer templates, Lightning Components, Apex triggers, Apex code, and Validation Rules based on Business Requirements.
  • Define and Configure CPQ and Conga/CLM Configuration elements such as Products, Pricing, Catalog, Shopping Cart, Constraint Rules, Product Attribute Rules.
  • Define and Configure Conga Composer elements such as Templates, Automation flows, Approvals
  • CI/CD Activities for Migration of Metadata and Data Components across multiple environments using combination of CI/CD, Data Migration tools such as Data loader, SFDX unlocked packages, SFDX-CLI, and Jenkins
  • Create and/or contribute to technical and functional documentation such as detailed architectural and system design documents.
  • Participate in project/sprint planning, status, and review meetings.
  • Help Identify problem areas and help identify causes of problems and suggest actions for solving them.
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams
  • Support future solution strategies by working closely with Business and IT Development teams
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, subject matter experts, and users to communicate the proposed solution vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and functional resources, both internal and external.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software.
  • Adhere to industry best practices for change and release management.
  • Support testing and development needs from other IT team members.

  • Minimum 2 years Salesforce Configuration and Platform development experience.
  • Experience with Conga (Apttus) Configuration for Salesforce is required including customization utilizing Apex coding: Conga Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations
  • Experience with Conga Composer for Salesforce is required, including template customizations, Apex coding, and automations
  • Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud required. Service, Marketing and Community experience a plus.
  • Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle, exposure to database development, and design pattern skills.
  • Ability to work with both the business and functional resources to understand and define functional requirements.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with organizational stakeholders to translate business challenges into system requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment with minimal guidance.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
