Job description

Job Summary

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and data that power the sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to improve pipeline visibility, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and CRM effectiveness. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.

This position can be done remotely but you'll need to be within the same time zone or relatively close to one of our branch locations.

The pay range is $105K - $115K, annually with a 10% commission and includes benefits, PTO, 401k and more!

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the sales process, from lead routing and pipeline stages to deal desk and quote-to-cash workflows.

  • Manage and administer the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and effective reporting.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give sales leadership visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep performance.

  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory design, quota setting, and sales compensation planning.

  • With the Sales Director, lead the monthly and quarterly forecasting and pipeline review process.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and win rates.

  • Manage sales tools and technology stack, evaluating and implementing new solutions as needed.

  • Support onboarding and training for new sales hires on tools, process, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead scoring, handoff processes, and campaign performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue reporting, deal approvals, and contract/pricing compliance.

  • With the CEO, manage the company’s pricing strategy and supporting analytics

  • Manage the large Service RFP process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role.

  • Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

  • Experience with ZoomInfo, a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to leadership.

  • Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales engagement or enablement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).

  • Familiarity with sales compensation design and quota planning.
