This role sits at the intersection of Business Systems Analysis, Salesforce Operations, and Program Delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills. You will serve as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams, helping define solutions, remove roadblocks, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
This role is approximately:
60% Salesforce Business Analyst
40% Program Management / Cross-Functional Delivery
Responsibilities
Salesforce Business Analysis
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and system requirements.
Analyze complex business problems and identify scalable process and technology solutions.
Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Product Managers, Salesforce administrators, developers, and engineering teams to deliver business capabilities.
Evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.
Support testing activities, user acceptance testing, and production readiness.
Gather end-user feedback and incorporate learnings into future solution designs.
Ensure data and reporting capabilities support operational decision-making and business objectives.
Program Delivery & Operational Execution
Act as the operational quarterback for strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and issue resolution efforts.
Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Business teams.
Facilitate issue triage, dependency management, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.
Establish accountability and ensure commitments, milestones, and deadlines are met.
Create visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes through executive-ready communications.
Influence stakeholders and partner teams to drive resolution of complex business and technical issues.
Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and operational readiness for new capabilities and initiatives.
Move fluidly between strategy discussions with leadership and detailed working sessions with technical teams and SMEs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, Product Operations Lead, Program Manager, or related role.
Strong Salesforce experience, including:
Business process analysis
Requirements gathering
Workflow and process design
Stakeholder management
Operational enablement
Cross-functional solution delivery
Strong communicator who knows how to translate analysis into business insights, prioritize based on strategy, and communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly.
5+ years of experience operating within fast-moving technology-driven organizations.

Demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, quickly understand operating systems, and lead delivery across a portfolio of programs, projects, and initiatives.

Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience developing executive-ready business cases, status updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within Intuit's Salesforce ecosystem or familiarity with Intuit's B2B Salesforce instance.
2-3 years of top-tier management consulting experience.
Experience supporting Customer Success, CRM, Contact Center, Operations, or Service Delivery organizations.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Strong data analysis and operational reporting experience.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
