Job Overview:

Pay Range: $62/hr - $67/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2-3+ years as a Program Manager specifically managing Salesforce programs.
  • Hands-on experience delivering 3-4 large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Proven experience in complex integrations (API/Middleware/MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Experience in large-scale data migration programs.
  • Experience with multi-vendor / global delivery models.
  • Experience managing multi-team, distributed delivery (onsite/offshore).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale Salesforce programs (multiple concurrent workstreams).
  • Own program governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
  • Drive proactive status tracking (clear visibility on scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines).
  • Ensure strong control on scope vs timeline commitments (avoid slippage, manage changes effectively).
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams - business, architects, development, QA, integration teams.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery and outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • Healthcare payer domain experience is highly preferred.
