Description
TGS Technology is seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to support the development, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce-based business applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform configuration to build scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
This role involves working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that support operational workflows, automation, and system integrations.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to support business logic and automation.
  • Build and maintain Lightning components and modern user interfaces using LWC.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for Salesforce applications.
  • Debug and resolve application issues and improve performance of existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with administrators, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation for developed features and technical solutions.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex programming and SOQL/SOSL queries.
  • Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and security architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
