Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Bay Area) – Onsite
Employment Type: Contract (C2C)
Experience: 6–8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform development. This is a 100% development-focused role requiring experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Minimum 4 Salesforce Certifications (Mandatory).
  • Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications are mandatory.
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, enhance, and implement Salesforce solutions to support new and existing business initiatives.
  2. Develop scalable applications using Apex, including triggers, classes, batch Apex, queueables, schedulables, and asynchronous processing.
  3. Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Experience, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
  4. Create custom Lightning pages and reusable Lightning Web Components using Lightning Data Service (LDS).
  5. Develop and integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
  6. Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries to retrieve and manipulate Salesforce data efficiently.
  7. Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment while ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
  8. Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with coding standards.
  9. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  10. Provide technical guidance and support during development, deployment, and production support activities.
