Salesforce Developer Sacramento, CA Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to deliver custom applications, automation, and integrations that optimize business processes and enhance user experience within the Salesforce platform Duties & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and scheduled jobs. • Build intuitive, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and customize Lightning pages to enhance UI/UX. • Develop custom APIs and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP services. • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment across multiple Salesforce environments. • Optimize existing Salesforce processes, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and code for scalability and performance. • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high- quality, defect-free solutions. • Work with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Copado, or Gearset) for streamlined deployment and version control. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending adoption where beneficial. • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users and team members. 1 Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 2–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, test classes). • Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, workflows, flows, and automation tools. • Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Webhooks). • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins, Gearset, etc.). • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. • Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Governor Limits. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in agile teams.
