Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: New York(Onsite/Hybrid as per company policy)
Experience: 6+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services.

  • Implement and maintain workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform performance and security.

  • Deploy changes across environments using CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools.

  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Skills Required:
  • Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).

  • Proficiency with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and flows).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, REST, SOAP).

  • Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling in Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
