Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: New York(Onsite/Hybrid as per company policy)
Experience: 6+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services.
Implement and maintain workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform performance and security.
Deploy changes across environments using CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
Proficiency with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and flows).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, REST, SOAP).
Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling in Salesforce.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
