Project Description

  • Client is implementing a comprehensive customer management and grants tool to enhance collaboration with grantees and external partners
  • This initiative aims to replace fragmented, manual processes with a unified Salesforce-based system that supports grant lifecycle management, real-time partner collaboration, and enhanced communication tracking.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a scalable, compliant platform that enables Client to efficiently track grants and communications post-award while providing robust capabilities for document management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, with preference for public sector, nonprofit, or grants management environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Public Sector Foundation architecture, data models, and government-specific capabilities
  • Advanced experience with OmniStudio suite including OmniScript, OmniForms, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures
  • Strong expertise in Experience Cloud portal development, including partner collaboration workspaces and self-service functionality
  • Advanced experience with Service Cloud configuration, case management, and workflow automation
  • Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools
