Job Description

The Opportunity:

Flywire is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II to join our high-growth B2B vertical. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and technical lead on complex client implementations ensuring that our mid-market and enterprise clients see value from our platform fast.

You’ll be hands-on with system integrations, data mapping, testing, payment workflows, and client training owning end-to-end implementation while influencing how we continue to scale. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about payments, software, and building great client experiences and wants to take the lead on some of Flywire’s most important B2B accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned B2B clients, from kickoff to post-go-live handoff
  • Serve as the primary client contact for onboarding, providing technical guidance and project leadership
  • Configure and test the Flywire platform to support each client’s invoicing, payment, and reconciliation workflows
  • Lead integrations with client systems including NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and custom ERP/CRM platforms
  • Map data fields across systems and troubleshoot issues related to file formatting, syncing, tokenization, or payment routing
  • Conduct sandbox testing and validation, escalating blockers where needed
  • Deliver training, documentation, and consultative support to ensure clients are fully equipped to use the platform post-launch
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the client lifecycle
     
Qualifications

Here\'s What We\'re Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of proven experience Implementation at a SaaS company, preferably in payments or financial technology
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills:
    • APIs, SFTP, webhooks, JSON and SQL
    • ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with payment gateways and tokenization concepts a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce and other software development methodologies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator: comfortable presenting to client leadership, writing documentation, and translating requirements across teams
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and integration methods.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - 100,000 and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
