Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Salesforce implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving end-to-end project delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce solutions.

As a Delivery Lead, you will partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
  • Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and coding standards.
  • Coordinate with offshore and onsite delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage release planning, deployment schedules, and production support activities.
  • Provide regular project status updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce delivery teams or managing Salesforce programs.
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.
  • Experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud
    • Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
  • Experience managing large, distributed onsite and offshore teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with release management and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
