We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Consultant to lead a high impact Salesforce reimplementation project. This role is ideal for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building scalable solutions, and partnering with cross functional teams to drive operational excellence.

During this engagement, you will redesign and optimize our Salesforce environment to support six distinct lines of business: Retail, Food Processing, Municipal, Event, Grease, and Bakery while improving automation, data quality, reporting, pricing, and overall user experience.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work directly with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and business leaders to modernize our Salesforce platform and establish best practices that will support future growth.

Strong candidates should demonstrate:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce end-to-end implementation experience
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud administration and architecture
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud including Opportunity Management, Flow Builder, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
  • Advanced Flow Builder and automation skills
  • Experience redesigning Opportunity and product management processes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and governance
  • Experience with pricing automation and approval workflows
  • Data migration, cleansing, and deduplication expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Knowledge of DocuSign CLM, Geopointe, or similar integrated solutions

What You'll Do

  • Lead the redesign of our Salesforce architecture to improve scalability and usability across multiple business units.
  • Reimagine the Opportunity Product (OpportunityLineItem) experience by implementing dynamic, user friendly solutions using custom objects, Screen Flows, or other Salesforce best practices.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to design standardized pricing processes and automate calculations for key financial metrics including ACV, Margin, ROIC, and CAPEX.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for tracking customer engagement activities including calls, emails, meetings, and other touchpoints across Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.
  • Review and optimize Salesforce approval processes to improve efficiency and consistency across all business lines.
  • Analyze and enhance existing Salesforce Flows and automations to streamline business operations and reduce manual work.
  • Evaluate and improve our DocuSign CLM processes including contract renewals, price increase workflows, and notification automation.
  • Support the implementation of Geopointe for territory planning, account mapping, and territory management.
  • Lead data quality initiatives including validation, cleansing, deduplication, and data migration activities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that improve Salesforce performance, user adoption, reporting capabilities, and long term scalability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and keep the project moving forward
