Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud
Experience: 7–10+ Years
Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 6–12+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce solutions for a financial services client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, data migration, and financial-services business processes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and integration teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions supporting retail banking, wealth management, lending, customer relationship management, and financial-services operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce FSC objects, workflows, automation, security, and business processes.
  • Implement financial-services capabilities including:
    • Financial Accounts
    • Households
    • Contacts and Relationships
    • Interaction Summaries
    • Actionable Relationship Center (ARC)
    • Financial Goals
    • Rollups and Relationship Groups
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services, and middleware.
  • Work with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar technologies.
  • Perform Salesforce data migration, transformation, cleansing, and validation using Data Loader, APIs, and ETL tools.
  • Build reusable and scalable LWC components and Lightning-based user interfaces.
  • Implement Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security.
  • Develop and maintain automated business processes using Flow, Approval Processes, and Salesforce automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and FSC architecture standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Develop test classes and maintain appropriate Apex code coverage.
  • Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD using tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Copado.
  • Troubleshoot performance, integration, data, and application issues across Salesforce environments.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

Required Skills

  • 7–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Apex Triggers
    • Batch/Queueable/Scheduled Apex
    • Salesforce Flow
    • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise application architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX and source-driven development.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders in a financial-services environment.
