Position: Senior Salesforce Developer – CRM Experience: 6+ Years Location: Austin Tx Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning technologies, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and cross functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. The position emphasizes system design, integration architecture, performance optimization, and long‑term platform scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Customize Salesforce applications including objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Develop and manage integrations with external systems such as NetSuite and MuleSoft using APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Support CI/CD processes, release management, and DevOps activities.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce platform issues.
