RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Project Manager to come aboard a remote contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven project management experience, including direct ownership of scope, schedule, and budget
* Client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to build trust and manage expectations
* Experience with account management or ongoing client engagement models
* Experience leading CRM implementations (Salesforce preferred)
* Solid understanding of the mechanics of CRMs, marketing automation, and call centers
* Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project/task management tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate status, risks, and recommendations
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
* Solutions-oriented approach, maintaining a positive presence with clients and internal team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with regulated or complex delivery environments, particularly healthcare and life sciences
* Ability to contribute beyond coordination, partnering closely with technical and functional teams
* Hands-on experience contributing to Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
