What You Will Contribute:

Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce + CPQ)

Make an impact where systems meet strategy

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer who's excited to go beyond maintenance work and help shape the future of our commercial technology landscape.

This role sits at the center of a major business transformation-including enhancements to our Salesforce platform, integration with ERP, and evolution of our CPQ capabilities. You'll partner closely with technical and business leaders to build solutions that directly improve how we sell, serve, and scale.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, building clean, scalable solutions, and influencing how platforms evolve-this is a great opportunity to step in and make a visible impact.

What You'll Do

Build & Enhance

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions across Salesforce and Oracle CPQ
  • Build using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and APIs
  • Configure CPQ (product models, rules, approvals, quoting processes)

Partner & Influence

  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners to translate requirements into thoughtful technical solutions
  • Partner with the Salesforce Technical Lead to align on architecture and best practices
  • Provide recommendations, identify risks, and influence design decisions across platforms

Integrate & Optimize

  • Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce, CPQ, and downstream systems
  • Work with middleware tools and integration partners to ensure seamless data flow
  • Continuously improve performance, usability, and system reliability

Deliver with Quality

  • Own testing, deployments, and post-release validation
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
  • Maintain clear documentation and support knowledge transfer to admins and users

Support the Business

  • Provide day-to-day system support across Salesforce and CPQ
  • Manage user access, security, reporting, and ongoing platform administration

Why This Role is Unique

  • Transformation exposure - Be part of a large-scale business and systems evolution
  • End-to-end ownership - From design through deployment and support
  • Cross-platform impact - Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and integrations
  • Voice at the table - Influence decisions, not just execute tickets

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Experience with Salesforce development and configuration, or a demonstrated start to being a developer
  • Hands-on experience with
    • Apex
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura
    • APIs and integrations
  • Experience working within defined architecture and development standards
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience with Oracle CPQ (or similar CPQ platforms)
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Boomi, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Pardot / Account Engagement
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or order management systems

What Sets You Apart

  • You're proactive-you don't just take requirements, you improve them
  • You bring a continuous improvement mindset
  • You can confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You care about clean, maintainable solutions-not just fast ones

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • ~5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development or similar roles

What Success Looks Like

  • High-quality, scalable solutions delivered on time
  • Improved user experience across Salesforce & CPQ
  • Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement in platform performance and processes
