Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote)

Role Overview
The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. This role collaborates with architects, product teams, and integration specialists to deliver secure, high-performance, enterprise-grade applications. The position requires strong communication skills to work effectively with product and business teams as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Develop applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build integrations using MuleSoft and APIs.
  • Implement OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors.
  • Develop Agentforce capabilities for intelligent automation and call center support.
  • Integrate with CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Support broker and direct-to-consumer portals within Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Proven experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems and integration architectures with MuleSoft or an equivalent.
