Role: Profound Platform Specialist

Location - No onsite and no travel required, remote role

 

Description Of Services

Support customer conversation analytics and integrations with Salesforce CRM and related enterprise platforms. Responsibilities

Monitor Profound platform workflows and integrations

Support engagement and conversation analytics dashboards

Troubleshoot synchronization issues with Salesforce

Coordinate vendor support and issue resolution

Support data validation and reconciliation activities

Manage user access and operational support requests

Support reporting and business analytics requirements

Assist with platform releases and testing activities

Required Skills
