Have you been working for a management consultancy for at least 8 years? Are you a key driver in helping your organization transform their approach to producing results?

Are you proficient and hands-on with Salesforce.com (SFDC)? SFDC offers customer, sales, service and marketing transformation services, based on salesforce.com, which enable our clients’ clients to reinvent their business model while driving business benefits. In addition, SFDC offers a cloud based development platform (Force.com) which enables clients to custom develop solutions leveraging the cloud and reducing IT costs.

Senior practitioners in the Salesforce.com practice are required to have:


  • 8 years of relevant consulting

  • At least 4 years of experience managing large technology engagements

  • A minimum of 4 full life cycle Salesforce.com implementations


In addition, successful Senior Managers will have the following preferred background:


  • Development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com or Java/J2EE

  • Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

  • 8+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience, and 6+ years implementation experience in Banking.

  • Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions, including ownership of the technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials.

  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and associated technology consulting markets, particularly for regional retail banks or universal banks.

  • Desire to learn additional in-demand CRM platforms including SAP CRM, Oracle/Siebel CRM or other solutions

  • Ability to travel to client sites 80-100% of the time

  • A Bachelors degree

  • Experience implementing other CRM platforms (Oracle/Siebel CRM, SAP CRM, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, etc) or CPQ technologies (Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon)
