Location: Hybrid (Columbia, MD or Lisle, IL or Minneapolis, MN) | Job Type: Contract
About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Product Owner, where your Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise will drive critical initiatives in lead management, customer enrollment journeys, and scheduling solutions. You'll operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver seamless, high-volume customer experiences. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape the direction of Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog with actionable requirements and clear delivery expectations
- Partner with business leaders to guide roadmap discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and establish priorities
- Analyze and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud user journeys and workflows for efficiency and impact
- Lead cross-functional, remote delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality product releases
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Experience Cloud and Lightning Scheduler
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine and implement lead, enrollment, and scheduling processes
- Ensure compliance and best practices in platform configuration, including objects, record types, page layouts, and field types
