# Salesforce AdministratorJackson Family WinesRemoteRemote - United States## **POSITION SUMMARY**As the **Salesforce Administrator – Consumer Platforms**, you will administer, optimize, and evolve the Salesforce platform that powers Jackson Family Wines' growing Direct-to-Consumer business.Reporting to the **Group Product Manager**, you will partner across Product, Technology, and business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operations, enhance consumer experiences, and support digital growth. This role plays a key part in driving platform adoption, automation, data quality, and continuous improvement across our Salesforce ecosystem.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:**1. Administer Salesforce users, security, roles, permission sets, licenses, and platform configuration.2. Configure and maintain Salesforce using Flow, Lightning pages, record types, reports, dashboards, and other declarative platform tools.3. Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.4. Support enhancements across Salesforce and integrated consumer platforms, including Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Order Management.5. Drive platform adoption through user support, training, documentation, and change management.6.
