Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Reports To: Director of Data & IT

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Location: Hybrid (80% remote and 20% onsite)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

  • Salesforce certified administrator

  • Experience using various software as a service (SaaS) with a focus on integrations and improving the user experience and training

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud expertise, particularly with additional certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Skill with FormAssembly

  • Familiarity with SOQL queries, data transformations, and advanced reporting.

  • Comfortable reading and interpreting Apex and Visualforce.

    • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.

    • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

    • Develop and implement automation using Flow.

    • Maintain data integrity and cleanliness by monitoring and resolving data quality issues, including de-duplication of records.

  • SaaS & Identity Administration:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the applications accordingly.

    • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.

    • Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in SaaS applications and recommend adopting them when beneficial.

  • Training and Documentation:

    • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for Salesforce and other SaaS applications.

    • Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support for existing users.

    • Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.

    • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and SaaS applications.

  • Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaborate with Salesforce partners to implement custom solutions and integrations.

    • Collaborate with BACR's existing Salesforce Administrator and other IT teammates to design and deliver solutions.

    • Liaise with the user community to gather feedback, understand requirements, and address system issues.

    • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
