The Business Systems Administrator partners with teams across the organization to support users, improve processes, maintain data quality, and deliver practical technology solutions. What will you be doing?
  • Administer business applications, including user setup, access, permissions, licensing, configuration, reporting, and other platform functionality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system support requests, user training, and adoption support
  • Partner with business teams to understand needs and implement maintainable system solutions
  • Collaborate with IT and software development teams on enhancements and special projects
  • Support data quality, system cleanup, compliance, documentation, and governance standards
  • Help ensure business systems remain reliable and aligned with company objectives, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications:
As a Business System Administrator, the ideal candidate will need strong communication skills combined with the required qualifications below:
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, AccountingSeed, ConnectWise Manage, or similar CRM and ERP platforms
  • Experience administering users, permissions, licenses, reports, configurations, data quality, and system integrations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests while providing clear, customer-focused communication
  • Proficiency with business software applications, Microsoft Office tools, and a willingness to learn evolving technologies, including AI-enabled tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively both independently and with a team

Education and Experience
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience administering or supporting business applications and cross-functional end users
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within six months of hire
