Position Summary:

The Technical Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organizations technology systems and applications. This role provides strategic oversight, advanced troubleshooting, and leadership in system performance and configuration. It collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, improve processes, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The position may specialize in areas such as infrastructure, Salesforce, or SharePoint, while maintaining broad technical expertise across administrative tools and technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise platforms (e.g., infrastructure systems, Salesforce, SharePoint) to ensure performance, security, and user access.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving user-reported issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform routine system health checks, audits, backups, and monitoring; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Manage user provisioning, role-based access, and permissions in accordance with security and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and implement technology solutions that support operational efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as page layouts, record types, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures contribute to a shared knowledge base.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with system updates, releases, and vendor-supported enhancements.
  • Other duties may be assigned; responsibilities may change.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a technology discipline or business-related role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in STEM, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to system documentation, training materials, or knowledge bases.
  • Ability to configure, administer, and maintain enterprise platforms, including workflows, access controls, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving system issues; familiarity with monitoring tools and logging platforms.
  • Understanding of role-based user provisioning/de-provisioning, and identity management protocols.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for complex challenges.
  • Clearly document processes, requirements, and troubleshooting steps using industry-standard technologies.
  • Work with teams across disciplines to integrate and optimize solutions.
  • Requires intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Requires intermediate verbal and written communication skills including collaboration in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience in one or more process and/or technical tools relevant to the role
  • Experience with at least one of the following Salesforce Clouds, including Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in managing user accounts, profiles, permissions, role hierarchies, and security settings.
  • Experience with declarative tools such as page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.

Overtime required required on an as needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX

Qualifications Preferred:
