Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to support engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing DevOps processes for Salesforce projects using Azure DevOps. This role requires hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce deployments, and environment management to ensure smooth and reliable release cycles.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain DevOps processes for Salesforce development and deployment
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Perform Salesforce deployments and manage release cycles across multiple environments
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and project teams to streamline deployment processes
Implement automation for build, testing, and deployment workflows
Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and reliability
Maintain version control and ensure best practices in release management
Continuously improve DevOps processes and deployment strategies

Required Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management
Hands on experience with Salesforce DevOps and Salesforce deployments
Experience working with Salesforce platform and related development lifecycle
Knowledge of automation tools, version control, and release management practices
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
