Salesforce Developer
Summary: This is a Salesforce Platform Development role. The hiring manager is seeking candidates whose primary day-to-day responsibilities are custom development within the Salesforce platform. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on Salesforce add-ons (CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Vlocity, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) will not be considered.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Salesforce development best practices.Develop and maintain Apex code including triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled processes.Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support modern user experiences.Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and related technologies.Develop automated business processes utilizing Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.Manage source control, deployments, and release processes using Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Implement and maintain Salesforce security best practices, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD).Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Platform Development experience (in the US) Must have recent hands-on Salesforce Platform Development experience where the majority of development is within Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, etc.).
