Job description

We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join a high-performing residential door-to-door sales team. This is a W-2 position offering guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with structured training, daily support, and clear performance expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
  • Educate prospects on our products and services using a proven sales process
  • Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales where applicable
  • Accurately document activity and outcomes using provided tools
  • Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the field
