Job description

Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to build teams, drive performance, and close at a high level? We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can develop talent, hold a team accountable, and lead from the front.
This isn't a sit-back-and-manage role-you'll be in the trenches, coaching closers, sharpening skills, and ensuring your team produces results.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Build and Develop a Winning Team
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-potential sales talent. You know what a closer looks like-and how to spot one quickly.
Train and Coach for Performance
Work directly with your team in the field to improve:
  • Closing ability
  • Objection handling
  • Communication and presentation skills

You don't just talk sales-you teach it.
Drive Sales Results
Own your team's performance. Set the standard, track the numbers, and make sure goals are consistently hit (and exceeded).
Lead from the Front
This is a player-coach role. You'll be expected to lead by example, step in when needed, and help close deals.
Create Accountability and Culture
Build a competitive, high-energy environment where top performers thrive and underperformance is addressed quickly.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong closing background-you've personally produced results
  • Ability to train, coach, and elevate others
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Competitive, driven, and results-focused mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What You'll Get:
High Earning Potential
Strong base + performance incentives tied to team production. Your income grows as your team wins.
Leadership Opportunity with Real Impact
You'll have the autonomy to build your team, shape the culture, and directly influence growth.
Established System + Opportunity to Scale
You're not starting from scratch-you're stepping into a proven model with real opportunity to expand.
Company Vehicle + Field-Based Leadership
Be out with your team, not stuck behind a desk. This is an active role with time split between in office and out in the field.
