Location: Rochester, NY , On-SIte

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation:  $26.00-$30.00  hourly, based on experience.  


The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will bridge the gap between sales execution and operational support. This role directly manages monthly accounts, handles service contracts, maximizes software upgrades, and acts as a critical touchpoint for customer outreach. This position is a high- performing, collaborative professional role mastering our aftermarket ecosystem

  • Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee and manage assigned monthly accounts, ensuring high retention and consistent customer satisfaction
  • Connect with existing customers to identify needs, introduce new offerings, and secure repeat aftermarket business
  • Identify accounts eligible for system upgrades, modernizations, and software solutions, driving incremental revenue
  • Assist in structuring, pricing, and pitching service contracts and extended warranties to clients
  • Utilize Salesforce daily to maintain impeccable customer data, tracking interactions, contractrenewal dates, and sales pipelines
  • Execute accurate, timely order entry for parts, services, and software licenses, using Excel for data tracking and account forecasting
  • Work closely and collaboratively with field service, logistics, and the core sales department to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Refine and streamline the aftermarket sales workflow to improve overall team efficiency
  • Assist in generating sales reports and tracking KPIs to identify market trends and team bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of experience in aftermarket sales, sales operations, or account management
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, general CRM systems, and advanced Excel knowledge (e.g., data sorting, formulas, account spreadsheets)
  • Proven ability to work well with others, build strong internal relationships, and collaborate across departments
  • A leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to manage operational administration with high accuracy while keeping an eye on strategic growth
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Physical and/or Environmental Requirements: 
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8-hour shift) in an office setting, utilizing standard office
  •  equipment (computer, keyboard, computer mouse, phone, etc.)
  • Ability to occasionally move about and navigate through the workplace.
  •  Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects of 10-15 pounds.
