Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the plant's Regional Sales Representatives. This role is essential for streamlining the sales process for local and regional accounts, ensuring accurate order entry, and maintaining strong client relationships
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all incoming customer orders for the plant's territory, ensuring accuracy of product specifications, pricing, and delivery details.
  • Generate, track, and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and bids in collaboration with the Regional Sales Representatives.
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for regional customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, shipment tracking, and timelines.
  • Coordinate directly with the Plant Production Manager and Logistics Coordinator to ensure manufacturing and local shipping schedules align with customer commitments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales pipeline data, and order history within the CRM and company management systems.
  • Manage sales correspondence, including preparing product submittals, sales packets, and technical documentation for regional client use.
  • Process and track sample requests, coordinating preparation and shipment to regional customers and prospects.
  • Assist with local sales reporting, including compiling weekly/monthly sales figures and performance metrics specific to the plant's territory.

Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, patient demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strict deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing or HVAC industry terminology is a plus.
