Your Impact
  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business across Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.
  • Lead sales outreach through cold calls, presentations, networking events, and travel trade partnerships.Manage group inquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and site visits from initial lead through execution.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, and resort leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless delivery.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hospitality sales experience across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, account management, and closing revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Williamsburg and Virginia Beach travel markets strongly preferred, with the ability to travel regularly between them.
