Water Works Outside Sales

Build a career. Live an incredible life.

Consolidated Supply Co., a leading Pacific Northwest distributor of plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works products, is looking for an experienced Water Works Outside Salesperson to join our team in Bend, Oregon.

And yes, it’s in Bend. Meaning your “after work” might look like mountain biking, skiing, trail running, paddleboarding, or just enjoying one of the country’s best small-city lifestyles.

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you are the face of Consolidated Supply Co. in the field. You’ll combine strong relationship skills with smart sales strategy to grow both revenue and long-term partnerships.

You will:

  • Manage and grow an established territory of water works customers
  • Achieve sales, gross margin, and market penetration goals
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and estimators
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with vendor partners to bring value-driven solutions to customers
  • Stay consistently engaged with customers to anticipate needs and deliver service that stands out
  • Support company initiatives, promotions, and strategic growth efforts

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who understands the industry and knows how to earn trust in the field.

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in water works, irrigation, or related industry preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and margin goals
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, developers, estimators, and internal teams
  • Skilled in sales strategy, territory management, and CRM tools
  • Comfortable using business software and technology in daily work
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow your territory

Why Consolidated Supply Co.

  • Established, respected Pacific Northwest company
  • Family-owned culture with long-term stability
  • Strong vendor partnerships and product lines
  • Supportive internal team and resources to help you succeed
  • Competitive compensation with performance opportunity
  • Exceptional benefits package

Why Bend, Oregon

This role offers the rare combination of professional opportunity and lifestyle quality. Bend is known for:

  • Year-round outdoor recreation
  • Access to mountains, rivers, and trails
  • A strong construction and infrastructure market
  • A vibrant, growing community with small city feel

It’s a place people move to on purpose and stay.
