Position Summary:

We have partnered with a national organization to support the identification of senior sales leadership talent as the company prepares for upcoming growth initiatives and market expansion.

This is an executive-level sales leadership opportunity responsible for building, leading, and optimizing high-performing sales teams while partnering closely with executive leadership on revenue strategy.


Essential Function:

  • Lead and execute sales strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Build, develop, and mentor sales leaders and high-performing sales teams
  • Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, forecasting, and performance management
  • Partner with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and market expansion
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, sales processes, and reporting metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment across the revenue engine
  • Support scaling initiatives, territory planning, and sales enablement

Requirements

  • 8-15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
  • Experience in B2B, healthcare, technology, professional services, or multi-site environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
