Associate Brand Marketing Manager โ€“ CPG

Job Details What You'll Do

You'll own the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for the U.S. market, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Strategy, Operations and outside agency partners.

  • Manage the U.S. marketing calendar and execute brand campaigns across digital, retail, foodservice and trade channels
  • Manage agency partners, including briefs, feedback, timelines and deliverables
  • Support new product launches from packaging development through commercialization
  • Own packaging projects, coordinating design, regulatory/QA review and production-ready materials
  • Develop sales tools, sell sheets, category materials, POS collateral and other customer-facing content
  • Support digital shelf content and retailer media initiatives for key accounts
  • Use consumer, shopper and market insights to strengthen campaigns, innovation and brand decisions
  • Track marketing budgets, project timelines and multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Monitor competitive activity and emerging U.S. consumer and category trends
What We're Looking For
  • 3โ€“5 years of brand-side CPG marketing experience, ideally within food, beverage or another consumer products category
  • Experience supporting or managing brand campaigns and product launches
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with packaging development
  • Experience managing agencies and external creative partners
  • Understanding of the U.S. retail landscape and how marketing supports Sales and retail buyers
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Circana, Numerator or similar syndicated consumer/category data is a plus
  • Foodservice marketing exposure is a plus
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
