Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Bilingual- Spanish (required)
  • Current experience in P&C insurance industry (preferred)
  • Life and Health license a plus!
  • Prefer a year in sales or the ability to pick it up quick.
