Job Description

The Strategic Revenue Manager for Aramark Destinations is a data-driven and commercially minded leader responsible for driving revenue performance across a diverse portfolio of lodging and experience-based assets.

This role owns the development and execution of high-impact strategies that optimize total revenue and profitability, leveraging a comprehensive Total Revenue Management approach across lodging, tours, activities, and additional ancillary streams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong command of pricing, demand generation, and distribution strategy, with a relentless focus on maximizing total guest value and overall commercial performance.

Job Responsibilities

•    Serve as the revenue champion for a key cluster of properties, with accountability for performance metrics including RevPAR and ancillary capture rate
•    Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and ADR (Average Daily Rate)
•    Drive pricing and promotional strategy for additional pre-sale revenue streams, including tours/recreation, rentals, and campgrounds
•    Continually analyze booking pace, pickup trends, and segmentation performance
•    Serve as an in-house subject matter expert for the IDeaS G3 revenue management system
•    Host bi-weekly revenue strategy meetings with commercial team and key operational stakeholders
•    Develop and implement processes to maximize the efficiency of the Revenue Management team
•    Work with Marketing and property stakeholders to develop promotional strategies aimed at maximizing RevPAR and ancillary revenues
•    Develop and maintain appropriate channel mix and segmentation strategies for each property in the portfolio
•    Monitor local market dynamics and competitor pricing for assigned locations
•    Assist with occupancy and room revenue forecasting as well as annual budgeting processes

Qualifications

•    5+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management and analytics
•    Ability to utilize both strategic planning and tactical execution to achieve revenue targets
•    Strong IDeaS G3 experience; if not already a certified user, ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and present effectively, including leading calls/meetings with key stakeholders
•    Ability to develop and nurture strategic partnerships with other key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and property-based operators
•    Experience analyzing multiple revenue streams within hospitality, resorts, tourism, and/or experiential travel
•    Possesses key problem-solving skills – able to quickly identify challenges and respond accordingly
•    Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
•    Data visualization skills and experience a plus
