Sales Representative - Electrical Supply
Decatur, IL

What You'll Do as a Sales Representative
In this key role, you'll help power our customers' success while executing effective sales strategies and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
You'll:
  • Support the sales budget process and consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow market share.
  • Participate in joint sales calls with targeted customers.
  • Prepare customer quotes and manage opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Process customer orders and requests for products and services.
  • Monitor backorders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to train customers on product applications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Travel within the Central Indiana territory (10-20%).
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Proven sales experience-business-to-business experience preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday (Typical Business Hours)
  • 50%+ of your time will be spent in the office/on the computer.
  • Some travel required (10-20% within the Central Indiana territory).
