Now Hiring: Route Sales Representative Trainee | Everett, WA
Start your career with a company that's been serving the food service industry for over 85 years! Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our team in Everett, WA. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.
About the Role
After paid training, you'll service customers from Everett to the Canadian border, running route and service calls. You will be restocking chemical products, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and building strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. This position is meant for you to train as a Route Sales Representative and eventually get your own set route with your own customers.
What You'll Get
• Annual pay range is $63-$65k annually with hourly rate of $24/hr with overtime and on call bonuses
• Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, typical work week of about 45 hours
• On-call rotation: Roughly every 6-8 weeks
• Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, employee savings account, 7 paid holidays, 50+ hours of sick leave, and 2 weeks of vacation days annually
