Sales Representative

Location: Western U.S. (Remote with Field Engagement) Type: Full-Time | Exempt Reports to: Director of Commercial Operations

Founded in 1972, Total-Western, Inc. is a premier provider of industrial construction and maintenance services serving the oil & gas, aerospace, petrochemical, food & beverage, and renewable energy industries. We deliver a full suite of EPCOM services, including engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance. Our core capabilities include ASME code welding, mechanical and civil construction, and electrical & instrumentation services. • Build trust with prospective clients by understanding their operational challenges
  • Represent Total-Western's capabilities with professionalism and credibility
  • Partner closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams

  • Have autonomy, visibility, and real impact on company growth
  • Be trusted, supported, and valued as a business partner
Who You Are

We care more about how you think, how you show up, and how you build relationships than a specific sales title.

You understand how industrial environments work

You know how to speak to both executives and operational leaders

You know how to listen first, then offer solutions

You are credible, proactive, and relationship-driven

You take pride in representing a strong brand with professionalism and integrity
