Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative / Sales Manager to lead and execute inside sales operations from our Groveport, Ohio office. This hybrid-role combines active selling with team management and , ideal for a strong closer who is ready to take ownership of a pipeline while building a high-performing team beneath them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound sales activities (calls, emails, video presentations)
  • Develop new client relationships and close recurring sales
  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline while hitting weekly/monthly targets
  • Mentor and support junior sales reps as they onboard and ramp
  • Coordinate with purchasing and operations to ensure client satisfaction and delivery
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, or trainings

  • Proven sales aptitude and the ability to close over phone and video
  • Leadership potential or prior experience managing or mentoring others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Experience in healthcare, medical supply, or alternate-source sales is a plus—but not required
  • Must be able to work full-time in our Groveport, Ohio office
