Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative for our Lincoln and Omaha, NE Markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products and solutions, and delivering exceptional services to support long-term partnerships. The Sales Representative actively manages a sales pipeline, achieves performance targets, and contributes to overall company growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing product support and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell a full portfolio of coatings, paint, tools, and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with Technical Representatives and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Attend trade shows, vendor training sessions, and company meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred; coatings, automotive, or industrial supply experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive refinish products and processes is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
  • Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (Plymouth and surrounding areas).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
