Job Overview:

Total Wireless - Growth Wireless is hiring a Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to join our fast-growing, customer focused retail team. This role is perfect for motivated sales professionals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and earning unlimited commission in a high-energy environment.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the best wireless phones, prepaid plans, and accessories while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in and call-in customers with wireless products and services
  • Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to support a diverse customer base
  • Sell smartphones, prepaid wireless plans, accessories, and add-on services
  • Activate phones, process upgrades, handle billing questions, and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Stay current on promotions, pricing, and new wireless technology
  • Create a welcoming, team-oriented retail environment

Qualifications:
