Job description

Key position functions include:
  • Be visible to client at site level, by visiting customer rig, production facilities and field offices on a weekly basis
  • Support the sales objectives, through understanding clients ongoing operations and requirements for service support, product change and or drill time 'enhancement'
  • Develop strong rapport with key customer representatives by ensuring team delivers consistent customer service.
  • Promote safe working practices in shop and field environments
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams with existing customer accounts, via understanding at site level client's requirements.
  • Communicate customer needs to internal departments such as, Inside sales, Service, Engineering and management
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Support other organizational departments in trouble shooting and resolving field issues, ensuring all relevant departments actively engaged in supporting solutions
  • Report all activities and non-conformances via company sales reporting data base and quality systems.
  • Assist in the training and development of employees
  • Other duties as defined

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
  • Minimum 5 years related industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in a wellhead products and associated services
  • Experience in frac operations in lieu of wellhead experience
  • Computer literate- proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Highly self-motivated, team player
