Position: Sales and Project Manager

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Reports to: Branch Manager

Summary:ย The Sales and Project Manager will be assigned to specific sales territory and maintains current customer accounts as well as developing new accounts. The Sales and Project Manager will represent RMS Crane & Rigging for the purpose of obtaining orders for our commercial construction Crane and Rigging services. Developing and penetrating new clients with the intent of establishing long-term relationships.

RMS is offering our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package which include health benefits, 401k, paid vacation. Company Vehicle is also provided. ย We are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Salary Range:ย $75,000 to $110,000 annually DOE to include additional sales bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all your responsibilities in a safe, legal, professional, and ethical manner.
  • Execute the company services sales strategy mainly related to Specialty Rigging and Crane Services.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities.
  • Maintain effective relationships with established customers.
  • Conduct meetings with customers and prospects and provide effective presentations and written proposals to prospective customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacturer product lines as well as industry trends.
  • Establish a client base that will support a $2+MM / year revenue stream.
  • Manage the transition from sales to execution on all closed opportunities and ensure branch team and customer are aligned on the expectations of services sold.
  • Undertake any other duties as designated

Qualifications:ย 

โ€ขย ย  ย Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, or comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
โ€ขย ย  ย Three to five years of sales experience
โ€ขย ย  ย Five years of experience as crane operator preferred
โ€ขย ย  ย Experience in Microsoft Office.
