Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales/Project Managers. This role combines direct sales efforts with project management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of your earnings and career growth.

As a key representative of Prowest Roofing, you will focus on generating leads, building customer relationships, closing sales, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a commission-only role, with uncapped earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted neighborhoods to identify potential customers in need of roofing services.
  • Sales Presentations: Educate homeowners and businesses about our roofing services, conduct roof inspections, and provide estimates.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Project Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, coordinating with installation teams and ensuring timely completion.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage contracts, project documentation, and payment schedules.
