Commercial Cleaning Specialist

AllPro Clean – Jackson Metro Area, MS

Position Overview

AllPro Clean is a Christian-based cleaning company seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as a Commercial Cleaning Specialist. We provide professional construction cleaning, commercial janitorial services, floor care, pressure washing, window cleaning, and specialty cleaning services for offices, medical facilities, schools, industrial sites, and large commercial construction projects throughout Mississippi.

This position involves both interior and exterior cleaning responsibilities. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

Candidates with experience operating lifts, elevated work platforms, pressure washing equipment, trailers, or other commercial equipment are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final construction cleaning on commercial projects

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail interior spaces

• Clean offices, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas

• Clean and sanitize restrooms

• Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and protective coverings

• Perform commercial pressure washing and soft washing services

• Clean windows, glass systems, doors, partitions, and fixtures

• Clean sidewalks, parking lots, drive-thrus, and exterior surfaces

• Operate commercial cleaning equipment, HEPA vacuums, pressure washers, soft wash systems, and surface cleaners

• Work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms when required

• Follow project specifications, schedules, and safety procedures

• Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment

• Document completed work with photos and communicate job progress

• Maintain company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and work areas

Requirements

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a drug screening

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to lift up to 50 or more pounds

• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable working at heights when required

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications
