You’ll be on the front lines with customers—handling inbound leads, identifying needs, building quotes, performing site visits, and closing deals. From there, you’ll drive each project through production by creating work orders and keeping everything on track through completion.

Responsibilities 
A Sales Project Manager handles all size projects, from temporary signage needs (like tradeshows and events) to full-scale projects, like new businesses opening and recurring customers with a monthly flow of orders. Coordinates projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Helps to manage the customers’ experience with the company and its employees.  Other duties may be assigned, that may or may not include the following: pick-up & delivery of materials, supplies, signs, etc. File & proof generation, follow-up on proofing with customers, meeting on-site for installations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, including the ability to present professionally 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities 
 Preferred / Advanced
  • Experience in signage, construction, or large-format print industry
  • Proficient with computers and business software (MS Office and project tools)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and site plans 
  • Knowledge of permitting, zoning, and code compliance (ADA a plus) 
  • Understanding of sign materials and fabrication (vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, LED, etc.) 
  • Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and project budgets 
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field (preferred not required)
