Job description

InteriorWorx Commercial Flooring is a commercial flooring contractor with over 25 years of service throughout the Valley. We serve a wide range of industries, including education, healthcare, hospitality, financial institutions, and municipalities. We are seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Direct each step of large-scale commercial flooring projects from the bid process to completion, with a focus on detailed communication (in house, not a field position)
  • Manage project coordinators, collaborate with other departments to improve efficiencies
  • Work closely with designated salesperson to calculate, compile, and submit customer proposal within required timeline
  • Manage expectations (internal/external) and coordinate critical schedule path with all necessary personnel
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with field superintendents and labor manager regarding customer requirements and installation details
  • Update sales, operations, and accounting departments on job status
  • Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the process and at the completion of every job

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in construction related project management
  • Great attention to detail, time sensitivity, and efficient follow up
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, versatility, and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Balance and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-production environment
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to different software platforms
  • MS Office 365 required
  • Experience in RFMS or JobRunner a plus
  • Must be self-managed and directed as well as a cooperative member of the team
  • Knowledge of commercial flooring materials and processes is a plus (not required)
