Overview

Retail Sales Program Manager

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a driven Retail Sales Program Manager to lead and grow our retail sales partnerships. This role will oversee the development, performance, and execution of our in-store retail sales program, working closely with retail partners and leading a team of sales representatives focused on generating residential HVAC opportunities.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving lead generation, coaching retail sales teams, building relationships with retail store leadership, and growing program revenue.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Lead and manage the retail sales program across multiple retail store locations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop retail sales associates and lead generators
  • Conduct field training to improve sales performance
  • Build strong relationships with retail store management teams
  • Monitor program performance including leads, sales conversions, and revenue
  • Develop strategies to increase lead generation and retail sales opportunities
  • Train team members on sales techniques, scripts, and product knowledge
  • Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives within retail locations
  • Address operational issues, customer concerns, and program improvements
  • Analyze sales data and develop action plans to meet performance targets
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of retail sales staff
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Supervise retail sales representatives and lead generators
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance management
  • Support team training, development, and performance evaluations
  • Create a culture focused on customer experience and sales excellence

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, retail sales, or sales management preferred
  • Knowledge of financing programs such as Service Finance or Greensky a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working with big-box retail programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, and retail-driven sales programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple store relationships across a territory.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
